Treehouse Players (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and programs, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you register for a class or camp, contact us, or sign up for updates, we may collect a parent or guardian’s name, email, phone number, and mailing address, along with your child’s name, age, and any information you choose to share with us (like allergies or emergency contacts). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this website. Registration is completed by a parent or guardian.
How we use it
We use your information to run our programs: processing registrations, communicating about classes and performances, keeping students safe, and sending occasional updates if you’ve opted in. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with trusted services that help us run our programs, and only as needed to provide those services:
- Activity Messenger manages our class and camp registrations and some of our email communication.
- Stripe processes payments made through our registration system. Payment details are handled securely by Stripe; we do not see or store your full credit card number.
- Constant Contact sends our email newsletters and updates.
We may also share information if required by law.
Photos and video
We sometimes photograph or record classes and performances to share our work. We will only publish images of students with a parent or guardian’s permission, and you may request removal of any image at any time.
